375g Unsalted Butter

375g Dark Chocolate

6 Large Eggs

1tbsp Vanilla Extract

500g Caster Sugar

225g Plain Flour

1tsp Sea Salt

200g chopped White Chocolate

When it’s ready, the top should be dried to a paler brown speckle, but the middle still dark and dense and gooey.

Pre heat oven to 180C. Line your brownie pan with baking foil. |

Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in large heavy based pan. Set aside and let it cold. |

In large bowl beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla |

In another bowl mix the flour and salt. |

Add egg and sugar mixture into dark chocolate mixture and add chopped chocolate and flour. Beat to combine smoothly and then scrape out of the sauce pan into the lined pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. |
