For The Meatballs:

500g Minced Beef

1 small grated. Squeeze it and save juice for later Onion

0.5tsp Garam Masala

0.5tsp Garlic Paste

2 slices, soaked in water White Bread

For the sauce:

0.24cup Vegetable Oil

0.5cup Fried Onion

0.5cup Onion Paste

0.5tsp Sea Salt

0.25tsp Garlic Paste

0.25tsp Ginger Paste

0.5tsp Turmeric Powder

1.5tsp Garam Masala

1tsp Ground Coriander

400g Canned Chopped Tomato

1tsp Hot Chilli Powder

1.25tsp Sea Salt

1 cup Double Cream

1tbsp Caster Sugar

Mix well all the meat balls ingredients and make a dough consistency and make small ball out of the dough. |

In frying pan, heat the oil and brown the meatballs but not overcook it because we’ll finish it in the sauce. |

In separate pan fry fried onion in ¼ cup of oil for 30 seconds, add onion paste, salt, garlic and ginger paste until fragrant then add the onion juice. Mix well, add turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, 2 tbsp ketchup and red chili powder (optional) 2 tbsp yogurt and ½ cup of water. Cook it until the oil separated from the sauce mixture. |

Add the meat balls and 3 cups of water, cover it up and cook for 30 minutes in medium heat. Serve it straight away with rice or Naan Bread. |
